Problem Description:

User gets the following error in eBSMC when clicking on a community which uses Bentley Sign-On (IMS Authentication).

Cause:

Existing user accounts in the community need to be re-created using Director (or modified in the database) after the Bentley Sign-On (IMS Authentication) change.

Solution:

Login to Director as the ADMIN user using eB authentication and delete and recreate the users who will use Bentley Sign-On (IMS Authentication).
