When an upgraded web interface is released, the user may receive an error on some screens (e.g. check out/in, searching, Brava etc.) or not see the latest features that are available.
This is a known issue especially for users who have used a previous build of the web interface before.
These users' browser cache needs to be cleared by following the steps below:
In EDGE:Select the ellipsis in the top right-hand corner of the browser.Select Settings from the actionsSelect Privacy and SecuritySelect ‘Choose what to clear’Make the appropriate selections (or keep the defaults)Select ClearClose the browser (and any other browser windows)Log on again.
In CHROMESelect the vertical ellipsis in the top right-hand corner of the browser window.Select the Settings actionSelect the Main Menu icon.Select AdvancedSelect Privacy and SecuritySelect Clear browsing dataMake the appropriate selections (or keep the defaults)Select Clear DataClose the browser (and any other browser windows)Log on again.
