Problem Description :
User failed to download files using "get all files" option. Error occurs as below when trying to browse for folder using 'get all files' function.
Active X is already correctly installed
Problem Solution :
One of the reason could be user's site is not added to combability view setting. Make sure your site is added to combability view setting
