Problem Description:
User clicks a filename to launch the file in eBweb but gets an extra "Please click on the files that you want to launch" prompt.
Cause:
The I.E. option "Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt" is disabled.
Solution:
In the Internet Explorer window, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security tab -> Trusted Sites -> Custom Level, and set the "Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt" option to Enabled.
