Problem Description:

eBweb user gets a "You don't have the required permission. You need at least the View permission on the 'folder'" error when trying to display the Basket in the Explorer tree.

Cause:

User is missing the "Make 'My eB' Available" permission in his/her profile.

Solution:

Login to Director as the ADMIN user. Search for the user who needs the permission. (Or search for one of the permission roles that this user has.) Then select View -> System Administration from the menu. Click the Security icon, expand Permissions -> User Information. With the "Make 'My eB' Available" permission displayed on the security tree, drag the user (or role) from the search result list and drop it onto the "Make 'My eB' Available" permission.
