System.Exception: The file (xxxxx) either does not exist or it is in a repository not accessible from this site or is not available at this time. ---> System.Exception: Could not connect to the storage module on the server '<ServerName>.<Domain>.com' for the repository with ID 'xx'.
Error message: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority '<ServerName>.<Domain>.com'.
Cause:
There is a mismatch between the storage configuration in eBSMC and the certificate configuration.
Solution:
- Run Director
- Lgin and access a file
- If you get a certificate warning, click the View Certificate button. Note the server name (and if it’s FQDN or not) which the certificate is issued to.
- Go to eBSMC
- n the community diagram, double click the file access link
- Make sure the “Connection Info” field has the exact same server name as noted in step #3.
