Problem Description:
User gets the following error when trying to unapprove a document:
"This Document is currently under change. See affected change requests for more details."
But the document is not associated with any change requests thus cannot be under change at all.
Cause:
This issue is documented in SR 7001027765. It was found that some trailing space characters in the Remarks field of the document was causing the error.
Solution:
Use an update statement in SQLServer Management Studio (SSMS) to remove the trailing space characters in the Remarks field of the document.
