How to setup User Preferences for single End user

Problem:

How to set up your own preferences (as End-user) in ALIM web. As shown in below window.

In order to set up your own preferences, you must have the required permission in eB director. Admin can provide the required permission by adding an end-user into the ‘User Information > User Preference’

1. Login to eB Director with Admin
2. Click on the ‘View’ menu and then System Administrator
3. In System Administrator Click on ‘Security’ menu
4. Expand 'Permissions'
5. Expand ‘User Information’
6. Then click on ‘User Preferences’
7. The same permission window will get open on the right-hand side pane
8. Click on ‘Query Person’ and add the end-user. (Make sure to check the Scope associated with End-user)
