Problem:

Getting error ‘Failed to find end point with the required Demands’ while connecting to ALIM Import/Export tool (v1.0.1.48) with Bentley Sign-On (IMS)

Error:

Workaround:

To fix the problem, you should edit the following file from the location : C:\Program Files\Bentley\eB\ImportExport

ImportExportApp.exe.config   File

you need to remove the section:

  <system.serviceModel>

      …

  </system.serviceModel>

Relaunch the application again and it will work fine.
