Issue/Introduction:
What exclusions are recommended on application server for an installation of Assetwise Information Integrity Server with an anti-virus software installed on the same machine?
For AIIS versions prior to 16.7.XX, if conflicts or problems are found with a virus scanner , you may exclude subfolders and files in the following folders:
< InstallDrive>:\Program Files\Bentley\eB
<InstallDrive>:\ProgramData\Bentley
<InstallDrive>:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley
C:\Users\[EBSERVICEACCOUNT]\AppData\Local\Bentley [EBSERVICEACCOUNT] being the account used to start/run the eB Service Manager.
And the following Port list:

After 16.7.XX all network communications are through port 443.
For the ALIM eB web , IIS access should be allowed to port 443 for HTTPS. Using HTTP in ALIM web is not recommended.
