Problem Description:
User submits a Bulk Import job in eBweb but the job errors out in the work queue with the following properties/details:
- Failed to Import Documents. Failed to get the files from the repositories. Container document may not have all necessary files for importing.
Cause:
This usually indicates that the ini file selected for the bulk import process is missing.
Solution:
In eBweb, navigate to My eB and check the container document created for the process. If there is no ini file in the document, then:
- Make sure the storage service is running properly
- Use Director, go to System Administration and make sure the ini file can be launched from the bulk import template
Workaround:
If the ini file is indeed missing/lost, use the eB Bulk Transfer Configuration Tool to recreate it.
