Problem Description:
User gets the following error when attempting to subscribe to any documents (user was able to subscribe to documents before):
- This Subscriber {username} already exists for Delivery Def 1
Cause:
Known issue. The user has subscribed to some documents before. But after Assetwise was upgraded he started to get this error.
Solution:
Perform the following steps on the Assetwise app server:
- Run eBSMC
- Expand Data Sources
- Click Database Scripts
- Uncheck “Stop execution when script errors are encountered”
- Click to run Database Maintenance Scripts
