Problem:

Getting error as ‘Value cannot be Null. Parameter name: Source’ after logging in to eB Classic Web.

Solution: User getting this error because one of the Default Search in eB Web Preferences has been set up incorrectly

So change the Default Search Type to Documents or any other object for which the user is already having access
