Problem Description:
User gets an error batch in the Kofax Batch Manager screen and the batch properties show the following error :
- Bar Code Cross Ref was not found for any document - rejecting document {ProcessDocByBarCode}
Cause:
The were no documents found in the eB community that matched the supplied Bar Code Cross Reference from document within the Kofax batch.
Solution:
- Make sure the eB community has all required configurations for Kofax Capture Connector using Bar Code Reference to work
- Make sure there is a document with the matching bar code cross reference
- Make sure the document is not obsolete/historic/superseded
- If the above have all been checked, try deleting the document and creating a new one
