Problem Description:

Work queue jobs fail with the following error:

  • Could not resolve the email address for all the recipients. Make sure the system default Directory Entry for Email is specified and that all subscribers have valid e-mail addresses.

Cause:

Some users in the distribution matrix are disabled and/or do not have a valid email address.

Solution:

  1. Remove disabled users from the distribution matrix 
  2. Ensure all users in the distribution matrix have a valid email address (directory entry)
