Problem Description:
User gets the following error when attempting to view files using the Brava viewer:
- Failed to retrieve a valid file cache response
The error text may also contain the following contents:
- Pkix path building failed
- …CertPathBuilder…
- Unable to find valid certification path…
Cause:
The certificate on the Brave server is (or has become) invalid.
Solution:
Re-issue and valid certificate and re-apply it on the Brava server.
