The ability to login-in by using Bentley Sign-On (IMS login) stopped working with no changes to the application server or clients. End user gets the following error message:
Likely the problem started for the user when ims certificate rotation happened towards the end of 2021.
1. Delete this file on the ALIM application server: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\eB\ims.bentley.com.FederationMetadata.xml 2. Restart the eB/ALIM Service manager.
