Using the "Turtle" (File Drop Zone) in Edge

Problem Description:

Edge does not support ActiveX by default. Users cannot use the "Turtle" (File Drop Zone) in Edge as they do in Internet Explorer.

Solution:

Please see the Microsoft knowledge article below regarding "Internet Explorer (IE) mode" in Edge. Support will provide more information when it becomes available.
