User gets an error trying to delete a Projectwise Data Source

Problem Description:

User needs to redefine a Projectwise Data Source. But due to various existing data and objects the user may get the following error when trying to delete the existing PW data source :

The Document is Approved. The user cannot delete an Electronic Source from an Approved Document.

Another item with the same identifier already exists.

Cause:

The community has already stored some objects and data related to the existing data source.

Solution:

The following steps were used to fix one occurrence of the issue [Ref SR7001438178]:

From eB Director deleting the attribute mapping configuration on the PW FOLDER
From the database, delete entries from the table external_attrib_links
From eBSMC, use the delete function on the PW datasource
Expose the 'Drawings' Folder from the new PW datasource
