Problem Description:
User found that, in eBSMC, the mail queue jobs were not being processed or had errored out with the following properties:
"Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: value Exception Stack Trace: {--- Begin of exception stack trace ---eB.Common.EngineException: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: value ---> System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: value at System.Net.Mail.SmtpClient.set_Timeout(Int32 value)"
Cause:
The cause of this error is unknown.
Solution:
During trouble shooting the mail sub-service was restarted in the eBSMC's Service Manager node. After that the mail queue jobs were successfully processed.
