Problem Description:
When using EXCEL files created post Office 2209 installation, Bulk Import fails with error on Bulk Import Job similar to following:
Error -1073450910 in Parse Excel File/Load and dump data from file
Cause:
Files saved in later versions of Office include formatting that is not properly handled by Bulk Import application.
Solution:
1. In some cases we have found that removing Notes included in information cells will take care of this issue.
2. If #1 does not work, Recreate the Excel file devoid of any formatting or at least minimal formatting if formatting is required in the Excel workbook
