When trying to open the uploaded excel files in eB web it gives an error message.
Go to the Excel file options and check if the "Ignore the other applications that use DDE" you need to deselect the option by turning off it will not show an error.
You will need to add eB URL link to the Trusted sites and enable the protected mode.
