On a new install when trying to create new users, the system occasionally hangs, but not always on the same computer, however a Bentley consultant also working on the project has not encountered the same issue on their laptop. So this could possibly be a configuration issue, but not sure what it could be. Does anyone have any ideas?
I think this is related to accepting the original exor certificate when the application starts. If the certificate is accepted then you can create users, if you dont accept then you dont seem to be able to.
