With the implementation of EtoN6 all Inspections are sent via the Web Service like notices and permits making the EToN 5 Inspection batch process via FTP redundant.

Bentley would like to switch off the AutoFTP process

RE: Managed Service FTP - For EtoN5 Inspections

To all managed service users, FTP will be shut down this month - December 2015

RE: Managed Service FTP - For EtoN5 Inspections

Hi Jodie,
There will be no impact to existing historic inspections as these will still exist in your database. All inspections issued now should be in the EToN6 format. So the only change is how inspections will be sent to you.
If an authority is still on EtoN5 at the end of the year and they issue inspections, you will not be able to receive these, so this will be the only time where you may be impacted. The work around would be for them to email, fax or upgrade to EToN6.
Please let me know if this answers your query.
Thanks
