I have logged a problem two days ago but no one has contacted me. I did re-log it but used a dfferent menu option.
Poblem is I cannot use the remote logon screen, it doesn't like my credentials! Help. I cannot login to change my password, as suggested.
Hi Jo, we didn't see them in our queue because the product wasn't an Exor one. I've just done a search on 'all queues' and found two in your name so I'll check them out, put them in the right queue and find the right people to respond as soon as possible.
