Inspection XML data - how do i load them?

There may be a way to load these, but if we do this, there is no record of this ever coming through the web service and really you want these details stored in your database, for audit purposes.  For now I think it would be more beneficial for both yourselves and the sender to resolve the issue of why they cannot send, which I will assist you with.  Please can you send me any details of what the Authority have said the issue is with sending.  It their web service down so nothing is sending, or is the issue with just sending inspections and to yourselves.  Do they get an error?

the issue is with the Authority and their mobile software, they are waiting for an upgrade/fix but don't know how long this is going to take, so have sent me the XML files.

Discussed directly with user.  Suggested as workaround the sender sends inspections Via FTP as this is still up and running.
