This issue has been registered as a bug (Defect Ref: 208256, An user is able to see asset info from another admin unit on Locator)

Renatas,

The reason I am trying this out is that in a few weeks time we shall be using ENQUIRY MANAGER for Planning Applications, and we are going to put PRE- Applications as an Attached Asset to the enquiry. The Pre-Applications are EXTREEMLY sensitive and I dont want any other user in the organisation being able to query any Pre Aplication asset back and viewing data.

All Planning Application users will only belong to the PLANAPPS admin unit and nobody else apart from System Administrator.

I will not want any other users to view any of this data, according to the manuals using the Admin Unit is better than using the Role Security on accounts.

Renatas,

I have enclosed a word document of what I am concerned about.

I think this might be a Data Protection Issue as I can see other admin units data as well.

- What account do you use?
