Bentley API Error

Question

Dear Support, 
 When creating a street works notice via the Bentley API. The following API message pops up: 
 ERROR 
 Primary Recipient is not able to receive notices of this type 
 Organisation and district 5720 009 is NOT operating as a Permit Authority. 
 WARNING 
 Copy Recipient is not able to receive notice of this type Organisation and district 0020 103 is NOT operating as a Permit Authority. 
 
 I appreciate this is an issue with the USRN which I reported to the Authority in question. But why does the API auto pick Organisation and district 5720 009 over Organisation and district 5720 001?? 
 
 If this street works notice was raised in Bentley application the user would get the option to select the Primary Recipient if two options are available. 
 
 Organisation: 5720 
 District Ref: 009 
 Function = Street Authority (NRSWA) 
 The USRN in question is: 22103684 &ndash; LABURNUM ROAD

Hi Sacha 
I think this was discussed at the user group last week. I plan to raise this with the development team, as you are correct than when selecting the recipient through the application you are given a choice where as with the API this may not be possible at present. 
I will call you to discuss this in more detail.
