A user is trying to update the Status of an enquiry and the message returns that the record is being updated by another user. (Record-locking). Is there any fix?
Can you confirm if this happens on any enquiry status change and whether it applies to your live or sandbox system ? Thanks. I tried to call but no reply so left a message to return call.
The enquiry 896814 has changed status it is currently at HM, Highways to Monitor. So any lock that might have happened might have been temporary and been released, unless your issue is moving on from this status. Can you confirm ? Thanks,

The Enquiry unlocked itself and was able to be updated later in the afternoon.
