I have a USRN that isn't on our system, however I do have a message saying ' PLEASE NOTE: The December 2018 NSG updates have now been applied to your Live database' how do I get this added to our system please?
Thank you for your message. Could you please let us know this USRN number? Is your Live system on our servers? Please open NSG Loader Batches form and check if there are any messages in Record tab for all batches that were run last month.
The USRN is 9002314. I don't have access to NSG, however our Streetworks department do, and have had a look, but it appears to be a new USRN that isn't showing.
For further investigation could you please go to Street gazetteer Manager>Data>NSG Gazetteer , query back street with USRN 09002314 (do not delete leading zero) and let me know results.
The USRN 09002314 is not visible for you because this street is not assigned to a street group. Please go to TMA>Reference Data> Administration and open Unassignes Streets form. Then query back street 09002314 and assing it to a Street Group.
