Notice type options don't appear when trying to send a notice.
Hi Sophie, can you ensure that you have been assigned a organisation and district to your login. The steps in the below link may help to identify this.
It is for a new colleague. He has log in details and can see everything accept the notice type options when sending a notice.
Please can you let me know the details of the username and the customer name and I can check their account. Is this not a new user? Is something that's only recently happened?
