 Hi Sarah , 
 
 I can log in and have tried this, but I do not have the same Tabs to run reports from the graph that Mathew has.. these are the tabs below that Mathew has

 The second issue is that some of the graphs produce reports from Bentley whereas others don&#8217;t
 
 
 I am trying to send you screen shots of examples but IM4 production will not load and when it does kicks me out ,

 Elaine, you should already have access with the same credentials as used for the rest of the system. Have you tried logging in? Let me know if there are any errors. Please let me know some
 of the names of the reports Mathew doesn't have access to, and some that he does so we can compare.
