This is on behalf of one of the Exor users.
Using Trimble Juno handheld devices with Exor Maintenance Mobile installed on them. All of the devices are not picking up the new updated PED file. Hitting 'Send/Receive' seems to download the file and no error message appears but the inspector name list is not updated in the application.
New file was placed in the same directory as the old one with the same name as the old one on FTP server and has overwritten the old one. The name entered for ‘Metadata filename’ in Maintenance Mobile settings is the same name.
I have tried to reproduce the issue on a mobile device running Windows Mobile with the same file from the user here and it is being picked up succesfully here.
User has tried hard and soft reset of the Trimble devices but that didn't help.
Any ideas are appreciated.
The user re-set the Trimble device and re-installed the software and it seems now to be picking up the inspector name from the new PED file with no errors.
