Hi.
I am trying to set up a new Triggered Event using the Alert Manager. The business have requested that I set up a new alert every time we set a Section 74 Over run charge.
I have got as far as understanding that I need to create an alert on the TMA_PHASE_S74_CHARGES table for any new records, but I'm struggling to understand how to set up the Alert Manager basics. Would anyone have any guides or advice on how to set up Triggered Alerts??
We are on ATLAS version 4.5.0.0.
Any help or advice that you can give would be very much appreciated.
