Our GIS is migrating to new servers and we have been given a new map URL. I have managed to get the map working for Exor application, but I cannot get it working for IM4. Could someone assist me please.

The user still sees a blank grey screen for the map in IM4. If they try zooming in and out there's just a red x that you get if a picture's not loading properly. Pano has advised using a 3rd party tool to monitor the requests and responses to see if that gives any clue as to what's going wrong.
