A user has issue when trying to save a defect record in map capture.
the application expects 'permanent action' box to be populated. validation message reads: 'the following fields cannot be empty : 'no recommended action specified'. (even though this attribute appears to be non-mandatory in the defect activity setup form)
Mapcapture expects an action to be defined- But not necessarily permanent- you also set a temporary action. Setting any one of them will allow the defect to be saved.
