hiya, i'm trying to create a new due to complete report and due to start reports, similar to the one on EXOR reports but with few additional details, for example whether the job is a permit or NRSWA, and i can't seem to work out how to add the S74 value per day or how to add the countdown (or validity left for due to start) I think i need a system date to maybe use some calculation?
any help would be appreciated. thanks Ali
Hello Ali,
The information you are looking for should exist in the following tables/views:
TMA_Phase_S74_Charge_Details
TMA_Phase_S74_Charges
TMA_Phase_S74_Review_History
Hope this helps
Kind Regards
Fezan Khan
Hiya,
I don't have those options available to choose from. if you want to check the report is called Due to Complete - TEST, in both the YEDL and NEDL databases, and has been shared with the ATLAS user.
thanks
Hi Ali,
I have added an additional view, V_Tma_works_overrun, to both the Nedl and Yedl business areas. Please could you check if this would suffice?
In addition, I have been investigating the 'Countdown' and how it is calculated. The current code utilises a pre-assembled package to provide the calculation. Unfortunately, this package is not available in Discoverer and so it may have to be recreated. A function would be required to calculate the countdown which would work out the working days from the start date (target_date) to the effective date(Estimated End Date). The calculation is complex and would require our professional services team to assist with creating the function in Discoverer.
hiya, unfortunatley the V_Tma_works_overrun dosen't contain all thenecessary fields to complete the information i need. i will see if i can work round the countdown, as we are wanting to export this to a spreadsheet, i may be able to do this directly on spreadsheet.
Alternatively is there a field which says wether the street is traffic sensitive? as i could use this as a formula in an excel spreadsheet.
There isn't a field on V_TMA_WORKS_OVERRUN for traffic sensitivity, but you could link your query to another view called V_TMA_SPECIAL_DESIGS which shows the special designation records for all streets.
Thanks,
