 Problem

When exporting metadata file in Create MapCapture Metadata File (NM0580) spooled output gives 'MapCapture Metadata file created, look on database server for surveyp.ped.' Where do I find a file?

Solution

The file location is set in the product option UTLFILEDIR which is usually defaulted to just C:\.

If you are a Managed Service user you can set to one of the directories that you see via ‘Download from Oracle Directory’ so that you are able to download the exported file.
