Problem

The Managed service customer has been informed their Sandbox Database has been upgraded.

The user has tried to login but it unable to.

 

Solution

There will be a few reason why you cannot login so check the following;

  1. Has the user got a Sandbox Login. Ask the Admin user to login and check. It they
    do not exist in the Hig Users form, ask your administrator to create a login in
    the Sandbox database.
  2. Are you using the correct URL. This shouldn’t prevent you from logging it but should give you a version error once you are in the database and limit what you can do. 
    Make sure you are using the link for the Sandbox database and not the
    live.
