When trying to open mapcapture, the following error displays (or similar):
Component 'TABCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
The tabctl32.ocx is usually part of windows. In 64-bit systems is under C:\Windows\SysWOW64. If you are on 32-bit windows it should be located under C:\Windows\system32. In case you can't find it you can download it from here:- http://communities.bentley.com/products/assetwise/exor/m/mediagallery/272075
Copy it to one of the locations above depending on your OS and then open a command line (DOS) window as an Administrator and type in the following (assuming the file is located under C:\Windows\SysWOW64):
regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\tabctl32.ocx
Pressing enter should give you a message that the OCX was registered.
