User is unable to view a specific works record or an inspection record, which appears to exist as transactions for the works reference can be seen in the TMA3000 Monitor Web Service Transactions form.
This scenario occurs when the USRN declared on the problem record has not yet been assigned to a street group which the user has assigned to them.
The first thing to check is the Unassigned Streets form to see if the USRN is yet to be assigned. All new USRN's will be shown in this form until they are assigned to a group.
TIP: The TMA3000 form will show the USRN for a works on any notices that declare it. I.E. an Initial notice or Permit Application etc.
If the USRN is shown in the Unassigned Streets form, then you need to assign it to a Street Group.
If the USRN is not shown in the Unassigned Streets form, then it has already been assigned to a street group. In this scenario you need to check which street groups have been assigned to the user experiencing the problem via the User Street Groups form TMA0040. Next decide if the USRN needs to be added to another street group which the user already has assigned to them (using TMA0020 Street Groups), or assign another street group to the user which already has the USRN using TMA0040.
