Automatic Pass status ‘Flagged to be stopped’. Can’t finish it.
One of the reasons to stop an Automatic Pass could be that the Pass has at least one section whose start_date value is set to a later date than a scanning was performed.
To find these sections run this sql code:
SELECT u.uprtd_pass_id,
ne.ne_unique,
ne.ne_start_date section_start,
ne.ne_end_date section_end,
tts.iit_start_date survey_date,
COUNT (*)
FROM nm_elements_all ne, ukpms_tts tts, ukpms_pass_road_run_time_dets u
WHERE ne.ne_id = tts.iit_rse_he_id
AND u.uprtd_rse_he_id = ne.ne_id
AND u.uprtd_rec_type = 1
AND ne.ne_start_date > tts.iit_start_date
GROUP BY u.uprtd_pass_id,
ne.ne_start_date,
ne.ne_end_date,
tts.iit_start_date
ORDER BY u.uprtd_pass_id, ne.ne_unique
Here are some ways to solve the issue.
The first one, to amend start_dates for these sections, setting start_dates to earlier than a scanning was performed.
Another one is removing the section(s) from the Pass. (We recommend it):
1. Make a copy of this Automatic Pass.
2. EXLUDE these ‘wrong’ sections from a new Automatic Pass
(on Automatic Pass form select Network Selection button, Choose the network where these ‘wrong’ sections are assigned),
On Selection Criteria choose ROAD NETWORK area and press Select Criteria button
And append these ‘wrong’ sections in the end of Network Criteria list choosing EXCLUDE operator for every section
Save changes.
3 Run this new Automatic Pass
