    Problem Description

Assets which have Network location (dynsegged assets) are not visible in ArcMap.

    Steps to Resolve

Go to the GIS0020 (GIS Layer Tool) and check if the names of Theme in Feature Table starts with V_NM_NIT_****. If not (then You should see V_NM_ONA_**** and it means that You have created Off-Network Asset), drop the layer and recreate it. While creating layer, check  the "Use Dynseg" option at "Layer" tab.
