    Users are unable to attach documents to Pem ERROR>WUT-129

      Product(s): Exor Enquiry Manager
      Version(s): 04.05.00.00
      Environment: N/A
      Area: Other
      Subarea: N/A

    Error or Warning Message

    Users are unable to attach documents to pem records that then upload to the application server. In Java console they get the following error message:
    WUT[setProperty()] Setting property WUC_ERROR_MSG to ERROR129|WEBUTIL_FILE_TRANSFER.UploadInt|\xxxxx.net\home\AtoM\AtlasTest01$\My Pictures\New Bitmap Image.bmp
    ERROR>WUT-129 [WEBUTIL_FILE_TRANSFER.UploadInt] Error in reading client file \xxxxx.net\home\AtoM\AtlasTest01$\My Pictures\New Bitmap Image.bmp

    Explanation

    This happens because after pressing Open button the leading slash was cut from the network path value. In screenshot below for example it displays \Bajog6450vill\test\Doc_386366.doc instead of \\Bajog6450vill\test\Doc_386366.doc

    How to Avoid

    You need to use a mapped network drive if files are from a network.
