Problem Description

When I do a WO file extract some fields are missing from record type 10 and 15.

Explanation

Please check product option IFUSEDEFXY if co-ordinates are missing in record type 10. It should be set to “Y” to include the Defects X,Y co-ordinates. To include BOQ and WOL Percent Uplift Item Code details “Include in CIM” must be ticked in Contracts Form (MAI3880). To include the following fields in record type 15 product option XTRIFLDS should be set to “2-1-3”.

• Bill of Quantity id
• Bill of Quantity parent id
• % item computation flag
• Rogue item indicator
• Rogue item description

These fields will then also be included at the of record type 15 within texorhe WI (Invoice File).
