    Unable to load new OD file

    Problem description

    When uploading a new operational district (OD) file, receiving this error message below:

    'Unexpected error occured. ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4096 bytes of shared memory ("javapool","sun/util/calendar/ZoneInfoFile","JOXLE^6667EB5C","SGAClass") ORA-06512: at "ATLAS.NM3FILE", line 60'

    Steps to Resolve

    This is usually indicative of a space issue. Contact Managed Service team or your DBA/System administrator to increase the memory.
