Add items to a List of Values for an Asset attribute.
For example, an organization has introduced a new type of post that can be used to mount a sign on. This new material type needs to be added to the List of Values for the POST attribute of the SIGN asset.
Press F7 or click the appropriate icon to open the form in query mode.
Press F8 to query back all asset domains or enter the name of the domain in the Domain field and then press F8.
If you have queried back all asset domains, use the arrow keys in the menu toobar at the top of the appliction to scroll down to the domain that needs to be changed (for example POST_MATL). The window on the right side of the form will list the Asset Items to which the domain is assigned (for example SIGN).
Click in the bottom window of the form on the first empty line. If there are no empty lines, click anywhere in the bottom window then select Record/Insert from the menu or click the GREEN + icon to add a record.
Enter the new value, the meaning for the value, the sequence and start date.
Click the Save icon
