In TMA3000 a Full Registration notice is at Error status and the error details say -Error Sending To Primary Recipient The input XML failed schema validation. The 'http://www.wrcplc.co.uk/Schemas/ETON:ReinstatementLength' element is invalid - The value '0' is invalid according to its datatype 'Decimal' - The MinInclusive constraint failed.
First Check the XML for this failed notice. You do this in TMA3000 by highlighting the transaction and clicking Links > View XML. This error suggests that the wrong details have been added to the reinstatement Length as detailed in the error. In the XML find the reinstatement length. If this is ‘0’ then this confirms why the error has been generated. Measurement should be provided. A Value of 0 is not acceptable.
Go into TMA1000 and query back this works reference. Click on the history tab and highlight the Full registration notice. Click Link > View Notice. This form will tell you what user created the full registration and also show in the sites tab that 0 was entered in the reinstatement length. The user may have amended the details in the sites tab so by clicking it not the history of that works it shows what was physically sent.
To resolve :
Another Full Registration must be sent with the correct measurements. Once done it will sit at Pending Processing in TMA3000 because the prior full registration is at error. Highlight the pending transaction and click retry transaction. This will now send.
