User is able to log into IM4 but there are no records or data showing. This is normally true for new users.
IM4 is user configurable, so you’ll need to make some updates once logged in and below is the steps on how to do this.
Click on the Config Tab. Then choose PODs or TABs
PODs- To add reports to your tabs simply Drag the report from the left into the desired open tab you wish it to go in. Reverse to remove.
TABs - Rename the tabs so they make sense to you. Click the edit link under the tab you wish to change and rename and save. To add/remove tabs Tick or untick and then Save.
