According to the EToN Spec page 108 note 8; "If a permit is revoked all notices that would be required to bring the phase to an end must be served by the works promoter i.e cancellation, works stop. Initiating a new phase of the works should be prohibited until this has occurred."
This implies that a notice must be cancelled and a new phase created. In cases like this it is best to speak to the authority to find out the best course of action. A revoked permit means that you must clear your site make safe and excavations until you can return. Continuing to work in a permit street where the perit is revoked means you are working without a permit so even if the Authority have agreed you can do so, you must obtian a valid permit.
